Send an email to our team or book a service today so we can schedule your discovery call. This will be a time to ask questions, learn about NextGen Virtual Assist and determine if partnering with us is the right next step for your business. After our communication, you will receive the information needed to get started.

Proposal & Agreement

​After the discovery call, our agency will provide a proposal outlining the services needed, the pricing structure, and the terms of the engagement. Review the proposal and, if everything looks good, sign the agreement or contract to formalize the working relationship.

Onboarding

Once the agreement is signed, the onboarding process begins! This includes setting up access to necessary tools or software, sharing relevant documents and providing any training or background information. Have a kickoff meeting to officially start the collaboration!

Length of Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans are designed to provide consistent, reliable support on a monthly basis. When you select a subscription plan, your payment is due on the first of each month to continue services. Upon payment, your chosen number of hours will reset, ensuring you have the agreed-upon support for the upcoming month. This structure allows for seamless, uninterrupted service tailored to your business needs.

For those opting for hourly administrative assistance outside of a subscription plan, billing operates differently. Hourly support is billed weekly based on the time used, and the hours do not reset each month. This pay-as-you-go approach provides flexibility for businesses needing occasional or fluctuating support without committing to a monthly plan.

Both options are designed to accommodate your specific requirements, whether you prefer the stability of a subscription or the flexibility of hourly assistance.

Will I Need to Train My VA? 

Our virtual assistants are highly experienced in a wide range of tasks, bringing valuable skills and expertise to your business. However, to truly integrate with your unique business processes and preferences, some initial training and orientation are essential. The first 30 days are crucial for setting the stage for a successful partnership. During this time, we recommend that you invest time in getting to know your virtual assistant, sharing insights about your workflow, and providing detailed guidance on how you prefer tasks to be handled.

How Can I Check What My VA is Working On?

​Our virtual assistants provide weekly status updates, ensuring you're always informed about ongoing and completed tasks. Additionally, your timesheets offer a clear breakdown of time utilized versus time purchased, along with detailed information for each entry.

What if I Don't Use All of My Hours? 

​If you do not utilize all your virtual assistant hours from your support plan within the first month, the remaining hours will roll over to the following month, up to a maximum of three months. After this period, any unused hours will be voided. Should you choose to discontinue our services, a 50% refund will be provided for any unused hours.
